Once registered we can perform our matching procedure to find your perfect house. This takes all your individual requirements and chooses the best possible houses available to rent for you.

Viewings
One of Comptons sales staff will accompany most viewings. Viewings can be arranged by telephone and you can book on line at www.comptonspropertyagents.co.uk
Once the viewing is made, we will send you a confirmation e-mail of the time and dates.
Making an Offer
Once you have viewed and like the property make an offer immediately. Viewings are carried out all the time and to be sure of securing your ideal act fast. When you make an offer, you will need to pay us an administration fee to cover our tenant referencing, administration and documentation costs. If you change your mind about taking the property, you will lose this administration fee.
